Slowly but "Shirley" is a 9wk old super tiny French Bulldog Girl looking for a loving home (TEXAS ONLY). Shirley is currently with a great foster family. She is slowly getting better everyday and it's time for her to go to a more stable & forever setting. She needs a family to give her lots of attention and love. She is up to date with shots, deworming, and ready for adoption today.
