Meet Pearl! This little Frenchie girl was born deaf. She has the sweetest personality and is doing so well with hand commands. Loves to be cuddled and held close. 9 weeks old and is looking for her forever home. Gets along so great with other dogs and really likes to play with stuffed toys! Already cruising through potty training in her foster home and has such a friendly but chill demeanor. Pearl is dewormed and up to date on shots.
