How does moving across the country (West → East or vice versa) affect mental and social health
Hey everyone, I’m thinking about a big move from California to Florida for a new job, but honestly I’m a bit nervous. I’ve always lived on the West Coast, close to family and friends, and I wonder how uprooting completely might affect my mental health and social life.
