Plasma donation bonus didn't load

I completed my second plasma donation of the week yesterday, but the additional bonus hasn't reflected on my payment card balance yet. The staff at the center mentioned it might take a few hours, but I'd like to make sure everything is tracked correctly in the system. Who is the best person to contact for a quick balance verification?

Don't even bother asking the people at the front desk because they usually have zero access to the actual payment portal once you leave the building. Last time this happened to me, I used the Grifols Plasma customer service number to reach their corporate accounting office and they fixed the balance in like ten minutes. It’s way more efficient than waiting for the local manager to "look into it" which usually never happens anyway.
