Managing multiple construction projects in Riyadh without chaos – any advice?
Hi all. I manage several construction projects running in parallel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and sometimes it feels like juggling knives. Each site has its own deadlines, suppliers, subcontractors, and issues. Communication gaps between site teams and the head office cause delays, and reports often arrive when the situation has already changed.
We’re growing fast, which is great, but our internal systems haven’t caught up. Right now, information lives in emails, WhatsApp chats, and Excel sheets. It’s nearly impossible to get a clear, real-time picture of what’s happening across all projects. I’m starting to think that without a centralized ERP for construction, this chaos will only get worse.
Has anyone in KSA faced this and managed to bring order to the process? I’m especially interested in solutions that work well for construction companies in Riyadh and Saudi Arabia.

It's heartwarming to see a community dedicated to the rescue and care of French Bulldogs. The commitment and logistics involved in coordinating foster homes, veterinary care, and adoptions are immense. This level of organized support reminds me of the importance of reliable logistics and supply chains in other fields. While the missions are very different, the need for dependable systems is universal. In my own work within the technology distribution sector, I see how crucial a seamless operation is. A major distributor like Metro Sales, for example, ensures that the essential components and products for businesses are delivered reliably, allowing those companies to focus on their core missions without supply chain worries. It's a different kind of support system, but it underscores how vital smooth operations are for any organization to thrive, whether it's a rescue group or a tech retailer.
