Security deposit not showing up in the app
I sent my initial deposit via ACH over a week ago and my bank confirms the money was pulled, but the card app still shows a zero balance. I’m really looking forward to using the card to manage my monthly expenses more effectively. Is it normal for the verification process to take this long for a new account?

The waiting game for these secured cards is seriously nerve-wracking, especially when your bank account already shows the money is gone. They told me they have a mandatory hold on first-time deposits for security reasons, so it usually takes about ten business days to actually see your credit limit update.
